I am writing to express my absolute disgust and disappointment following the purchase of a bag of potatoes from your store, SuperSpar Polofields, around the 11th of June.

Initially, the lady who cooks for us complained about the amount of waste she had to cut away due to rot and disease in the potatoes. I didn’t give it much thought—until I attempted to prepare them myself. What I encountered was nothing short of appalling: rotten, diseased, and foul-smelling potatoes that should never have left your store’s shelves, let alone been sold to paying customers.

Selling produce in this condition is not just a failure of quality control—it borders on contempt for your customers. It is unhygienic, unacceptable, and completely at odds with the standards one expects from a store of your brand’s supposed reputation.

I demand a full refund and appropriate compensation for this disgraceful experience. Furthermore, I expect to be informed of what actions you are taking to ensure this does not happen again—whether through supplier accountability, better inspection protocols, or staff training.
