STARWOOD SUPERSPAR : POOR SERVICE .

On 1st February 2020 I visited the Starwood superspar .The express queue had approx 50 waiting customers and guess what only 1 cashier . I took the matter up with the supervisor who indicated that the bulk of the staff will commence at 9am . I told him its not acceptable as this was month end and that competence was required . I asked him for his head office number . He gave me a number for the spar warehouse . SPAR head office need to get its act together . More oversight is needed .
