Sour smelling chicken at Starwood superspar

Very bad experience with the flatties chicken at Starwood superspar . Purchased the chicken last night for supper for my family and I once it was cooked it had a funny smell and it tasted sour. When I contacted the store there was no answer so I went this morning to tell the manager on duty about the off chicken she didn't apologize for the off chicken she just said give it to the supervisor and the will give me a refund without even asking a till slip. My family didn't have any appitite after smelling n tasting the sour off chicken. Im a regular customer at Starwood superspar and I would really like to be reimbursed for making me use up time from work an getting short paid for the time I had to come back to spar just for the manager to be rude. My family and I would really appreciate it
