Awful customer service

In around July of 2024 I placed an order using the spar 2 u app upon receving my goods I noticed certain iterms were not there I called the store immediately and was told that those items were not in stock at which time I asked of the reimbur*****t of funds and how long it would take which was supposed to take 7 to 14 working days as you can see it's been several months later iv gone to the store and made countless phone calls however my matter is clearly not important enough for it to be delt with I have even approached devika who manages complaints as such with the option of me taking goods from the store for approximately the amount I'm being owed which was declined. Absolutely pathetic service !
