FIX THE PROBLEM WITHIN A JIFFY

I bought a Spar brand 50 ml citronella oil and when I opened it, it spilled all over my table. The manufacturers did not place any stopper within the bottle (at the top). The stoppers are very helpful when using essential oils, it prevents it from spilling all out at once. I called the Spar customer complaint number on the bottle, as I was very disappointed, having wasted almost three quarts of the small bottle. Within a day the manager of the chemist, JOHAN MOOLMAN contacted me and reassured me that it will be removed, and this problem will be brought to the attention of the manufacturers. He offered me a replacement and removed the bottles, I observed this upon my follow up visit to the chemist. Now this is customer service. Thank You Johan for dealing with the matter so professionally and actually listening to the customers. Thank you for the great staff as well.
