Parklane Liquor

On the 17th of May 2025, @ Parklane liquor store, Pietermaritzburg .. I was going to purchase a few items only to find that they were what seemed out of stock of the specific item I wanted. Near the tolls was a trolley UNMARKED that had what I wanted amongst other items, so myself and other people accompanying me took those that we wanted and proceeded to the till, when we were called to pay for the items the teller told us RUDELY so that those items were for another client, we stated that there was no need for her manner of approach because it is indeed their fault that it was not marked or put in their storage at the back for us customers not to TAKE AND PURCHASE. Multiple security personnel approached us in a way that was not pleasant which went as far as one of the Scelo Zondi calling us drunkards. We reported the matter to Armstrong( Manager on Duty) but it was not handled th me way we would’ve wanted it to be handled.
