incompetence staff and lack of customer care

On the 7th of March 2025 I ordered platters in person at Spar parklane Pietermaritzburg and on the 11th i ordered an extra one and all 3 were to be collected on the 15th of march 2025 at 08:00am.On the order sheet you do specify the person who will come and collect the order,so when the person went to collect the order they only gave him 1 . I wasn't aware of that until they contacted me on the 16th of March 2025 telling me that i didn't come to collect the platters and that time i was under the impression of we did collect them all meanwhile no they only gave the collector one platter.Monday the 17 of march 2025 i called the store the lady escalated the matter to the manager and around 12:15 pm the manager called saying i must meet them half way they will only refund one platter since i was also suppose to call in and say i ddint receive all my platters.1. the Collector came the lady who assisted refused to give him the other 2 since they were put in different orders from the order book my question is how do yourl do you order book because on friday the 14 of march 2025 i came in person to confirm the 3rd orderand the lady assured me i will get all 3 at 08:00am the following day 2. You can see they is still platters waiting and the collecting time has already past dont yourl do a follow up checking on the customer if he/she is still coming to pick up.3 .The manager was suppose to get back to me on the 17 of march later on but nothing till today
