Spar at Paledi forgot to bake my sons birthday cakes even when the money was paid

I ordered a cake for my son's birthday. I told them it's needed at school on Tuesday 09/07/2024 before 11h00 and they said it will be ready by 8am. When I got there, they told me the forgot to bake the cake and said I must wait for 30min so that they can bake it, the other lady approached me and said she can do it in 5min, who on earth can bake a cake in 5 minutes. It was a huge disappointment as I already made arrangements with my sons school for his birthday celebration. I explained to the teachers and they said I'm not the only one to complain about this issue. I'll never trust the Spar in Paledi with anything, I begged for my refund and fortunately I got it.
