SPAR NEWLANDS APPALLING ONLINE SERVICE

Ordered items online to be delivered between 12-1pm. Going on 2pm and no response. Phoned the store only. to be told that he was just about to phone me to cancel my order as the "driver met an accident". He did not phone as he was too busy in the store and still busy when I called. He said that he will finish the store work and then cancel the order. So online customers are not important CLEARLY!!!! Bad customer service. Very disappointing! Well, after i said that I am placing this bad service on HelloPeter, they just delivered my order now. 4 hours later.
