Lies and empty promises

Empty promises! So my mother who is a pensioner was at Spar bright and early for the lamb special. She was told by the butcher that there is 44 lambs but that they still need to be cut. Her order was taken and written down and she was promised that she would get a phone call that same day. After she called numerous times Christi just kept on telling her that they will call back. Lies! On Wednesday I drove there myself and the guy with the dreads confirmed that my mother's name was on the list after searching for about half an hour from pictures on his phone. He then told me she will get her meat on Friday. Today my mom called again and then had to talk to Fanie but he was in a meeting and would call her back. Still nothing. All lies and empty promises. Horrible customer service. MOUNTAIN VIEW SPAR IF YOU CAN'T DELIVER AT LEAST HAVE THE DECENCY TO CALL YOUR CUSTOMERS BACK!!!
