I am an outside Merchandiser working for c***** and I normally come to spar to work on my products. My complaint is about the store Manager called Thami . She is not a professional store manager towards her employees and.other Merchandisers. She swears at me (voetsek) and always negative when she sees me. Her approach is not of a professional manner and treats me based on how she feels. My working conditions in this place are not good because everytime she sees me her body language changes and always passing remarks. I cannot work properly without being emotionally attached by her.
