Poor service and ******

I ordered online at Spar in Van Riebeck Rd, it took them 2 hours to deliver my order, but the driver arrives he asked me a pin I showed him my phone that I didn't get any pin. The driver who had attitude said I must call the shop, I tried but I couldn't and the guy said he is taking the order with him. So he left and I received a call from Spar saying they apologize the driver is coming back, I waited 30 minutes and decided to go while I wasn't feeling well, and I arrived there my order was still in thier table, and they said they are busy with it, and the lady asked if am I going to take it, I told her no they must give me my money. I'm here now. Then Mr Aldridge who is a manager there was called and went to the back to get my money but the lady came to me and informed me that the manager cannot refund me because the guy clicked finish the delivery, so I asked her where is the manager cause he said is going to the computer to do my refund now why is he sending you not coming to me, then ended up buying the stuff I needed and informed them I want my money back to my account. I've been calling that manager at *** until today I didn't get my money. He's been promising that the money will be paid into my account. Today he said I must come to the shop tomorrow he is going to give me my money . I am not happy, the transaction happened on 11th today he is saying tomorrow.
