Refusing Refund

So disappointed with the manager at the Spar in Karenpark crossing Pretoria The manager is rude and does not except returns he refuses to refund anything for that matter he comes up with excuses just to avoid refund. And so are the workers as well it’s as if it’s thier rules yet the slip says other wise.Poor Service Spar!!!
