Undermining rude employee
Controller by name of molebo bad attitude just now its late and molebo doesn't greet, she just instruct oratile ma***aba the cashier to till cabbage for her friend's she doesn't even ask me first that is so highly in appropriate and unprofessional like we are not also customers who are tired in a hurry and from work

Customer dissatisfaction
Good morning, I am disappointed with the service I received at SPAR Jubilee Mall. The staff member who assisted me ( Cashier-Omphile Mphofu) displayed a poor attitude and was not friendly or welcoming. In addition, no assistance was offered with packing my grocery items until i had to ask him to help. This whole situation made the shopping experience frustrating and unpleasant. Customer service plays an important role in creating a positive shopping environment, and I believe customers should be treated with courtesy, respect, and willingness to help. Unfortunately, this was not my experience during my visit. I hope management addresses these concerns and provides additional customer service training to ensure better service in the future.

Very bad customer service
Bad customer service by Goitsimang Hlatswayo. I wanted to pay and the speed point when you press pin it double clicks or more, she didn't care to assist she was focusing on her colleague while I needed her attention. I literally had to beg for attention as if I wasn't paying. Even after addressing it she didn't wait for me for she still continued to talk to her friend while she was supposed to serve me. How do you talk to someone while you helping me? If I need something else where should I go if the person helping me is focusing on the friend not me. And they knew what they are doing is wrong because the lady that she was talking to said "eish ere ke baizise carema" . Re train your staff or get other one who want to work unemployment rate it's very high to hammanskraal to keep people who doesn't respect their work
