Bad Service

Extremely poor service from Spar Hercules and their head office. I can confidently say I will never use the Spar2U service again. My order was automatically cancelled because it was placed after 7pm, yet I was only made aware of this after I personally called the store-no one bothered to inform me. To make matters worse, my refund was never processed. When I followed up, I was told to contact head office, despite having already done so earlier. The consultant I spoke to, Glenda, was quick to say that head office does not deal with store-related issues, until I requested to speak to a supervisor. Overall, the lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable. Spar could learn a great deal about customer service from Checkers.
