I required various chippolata sausages for the chef, to make a dish for a client. Pick 'n Pay, Checkers, Woolworths, Food *****'s Market and butchers in the area could not help. The butcher, Lawrence, at Cape Gate was willing to make it. Needless to say he now has a client who will return.
