Traumatised and disappointed customer

One of the most worst, unprofessional and inconsiderate filling stations I have honestly ever come across. This filling station is full of a bunch of unserious and unskilled employees ever, including supervisors and managers. They are acting like ****s and wanted to rob me and my husband off our money. Tshepiso Tsehla (Petrol attendant), Manile Mashiane (Manager) and thabo (Supervisor) they treated us in the most inhumane way after we told them their garage debited twice from my account, we had to keep going to the garage more than 3 times, called one of the site managers named Daniel and he wasn’t helpful either, he lacked sympathy and empathy for a crying and unhappy customer, all of them were so casual and uninterested in our concern. I don’t know how these 3 employees got hired there even the management how she made it to the that position but it was shocking to see a manager running away from responsibility, we called more than 10 times and she didn’t respond, we came to the garage she refused to come out. Shell at Capital park i am so disappointed and traumatised by the service I received at your garage. It was disgusting and inhumane.
