Not My Spar

What a horrible experience shopping here. The danup was supposed to be on special but they fought valiantly not to give it to us at the correct price. As a former Grv clerk and pricing admin at spar I am full aware of how promotions work. If you have a special stating that danup is on special without stating that certain flavours are excluded, meaning that they are not received at the same cost and therefore cannot be sold for the same price, that all variants of said product are to be on special. The absolute do not worry we got from the supervisor was unbelievable. Is this what Spar customer service has boiled down to? False promises and unhelpful customers service representatives..
