SUPERSTAR BEL AIR
Nonsense! I bought pork rashers yesterday (26/06/2026) only to get home and open the packaging to be engulfed by a stench of rotten meat and expired peanuts, way beyond expiry. however the labeling said that the food was still fresh until July. I am utterly disappointed by this. I'm utterly frustrated by this having spent money and reached out to no response....

Nonsense! Spar cashier Attacked, disrespected and destroyed my image
I went to Spar in bel airs randburg by Malibongwe drive today 15 April 2025 time 18h00 , With my son to buy my pool staff. There were 2 people in front of me this cashier , her name is Queen kept leaving the till to do other staff. Me and the others customers in front of me asked her why she keeps leaving her till and we also raised our concerns that it's dark outside and this line is the shortest and the slowest compared to Other lines while no one is pushing a trolley. I even said to her there are packers helping you so you didn't have to leave to put plastic bags in other counter , someone else Would have done it for you .we mentioned that it's real not right. Instead of her apologizing. Or better still keeping quite, she started insulting us. Attacking us .she was telling us to go and report if we want to she doesn't care. There was another lady of which i think she is her supervisor, she was telling her to keep quite but she kept on and on with the insults .this cashier Queen then pointed at me in front of everyone and said "you always come here to cause trouble " she ********ated my character in front of people without even knowing me. She named me a trouble maker. I come to Spar once or twice a month to do my groceries and never for once have I had a problem with any off the cashiers. I am still traumatized that someone would just disrespect and insult not one, not 2 but 3 customers at the same time , and destroy a customer ' image . She was not apologetic, no empathy but full of herself and boast full to the point that I even asked her that it's not one customer that is complaining here it's 3 customers .why is she not listening to the customer ' concerns or keep quiet instead of attacking us. Clearly she does not have integrity , no respect for customers and no empathy. I don't know what kind of people Spar hires .how are they trained or if they are told that the customer is always wrong and if they are given the permission to attack customers. I have spoken to my Lawyers and I want that cashier Queen to produce the footages of me causing Trouble at spar as she claims. I am suing her For deformation of character. At the end of the day she represents Spar.they hired such a person to handle their customers.
