Unhygienic Conditions and Rotten Food Being Sold

I don’t understand how this place is operating without proper inspections. There are rotten products on display, an unpleasant smell throughout the store, and the meat section is particularly alarming.

This needs urgent attention. Can health inspectors please inspect this establishment before someone suffers food poisoning or a more serious health issue?
