I am writing to formally complain about my Spar2U delivery experience at Spar Aljos

I am writing to formally complain about my Spar2U delivery experience at Spar Aljos. After my order was delayed by 2 hours, I contacted the store and spoke with Manager Ashley Moodley. Instead of providing assistance, Mr. Moodley shouted at me for querying the delay, informed me he is not the driver, and instructed me to wait. Despite the order being confirmed for delivery, it was never received. The conduct and service were unprofessional and deeply disappointing.
