Had total disregard for my financial or personal situation (claimed up to 80% of the funds on day 3 of the project to "order materials"), yet has you compromise to such an extent because of His personal problems that he simply never returns. Had to spend additional money for things that I already paid him for as well as fix the mess / errors and mistakes he made. Wont be registered with the NHBRC for much longer...
