They accessed my account and debited funds on the 8th. On our contract they debut on 15th. They also debuted for the following month prematurely. I have credit on my account and they promised not to debit my account further, still they continue to debit my account. The credit is sitting there decoratng their account. There is no way of getting support from customer service, always referred to their AI tool, which is useless in resolving live issues. The staff is nonchalant, and have no sense of urgency.
