Agents that say they will assist in helping return your goods but never do,even after reminding them a couple of times,it’s close to 12 and I still haven’t recieved my things or had anyone give me feedback as to what is happening

I was very displeased with your service from the very start and chose to give you the benefit of doubt with my first bad encounter when I was first making a booking.

Your agents promise you something but fail to deliver and I was suppose to constantly remind them of a service they promised to deliver,this morning again I had to literally call her a couple of times when she had taken down my number and promised me a few times that she would get back to me but never did,it’s honestly really frustrating to be getting such poor service with the amount of money we have been paying. I am very displeased and would never ever make use of this service ever again. You cannot honestly call someone more than 4 times for one thing
