Worst!! Space x Energy, kyasands JHB

Solar installed by Space x energy Friday, and already the evening the inverted showed "FAULT" we phoned, the guy said to switch to Eskom, we went away for the next evening ( day 2) of solar!, and came back battery totally drained, no charge on the battery! Now Space X energy expects me to pay traveling costs to fix the problem. How can the system last 4 hours and then needs to be fixed on my cost??? I dont trust these people at all! And will not recommend them as they not trustworthy! No manuals or guarantees...on new goods, how is this possible,?? Please reply " Space x energy, kyasands, Johannesburg!!
