Response to Rockdoctors complaint

<p>In reply to your complaint that we feel is an unfair refection of the work completed at your residence.</p> <p> </p> <p>We have long standing and on going client relationships and if we were unqualified as you stated then we would be out of business a long time ago.</p> <p> </p> <p>All work completed for you has been done according to the correct standards and regulations. We are a member of the South African Glass and Glazing Association (SAGGA) ensuring that we are a qualified company and we can get into a lot of trouble if we detour from standards and regulations.</p> <p> </p> <p>Once we had completed enclosing and sky lights of your two balcony enclosures you wanted us to remove everything as you said the work was not up to building regulations. We brought in inspectors from SAGGA and Wispeco and they confirmed to you that the work met all standards and regulations.</p> <p> </p> <p>After the inspectors reports you were still not happy and we could of walked away and invoiced you. How ever we put you the customer in the fore front and to satisfy you we made costly changes to the structure that were not required. This was done solely at our own expense.</p> <p> </p> <p>You made this complaint on a public web forum calling us unqualified but then still wanted us to come and do a glass replacement to your sky light.</p> <p> </p> <p>To add we still have not been paid the balance of our money which is over R25000.00</p> <p> </p> <p>Terry Baladu - Space Glazing Member</p> <p> ********** </p> **********
