***** your money

I bought a set of spark plug cables, put them on same day, but next day I had to change my one spark plug, gently pulled the wire & it snapped, the whole inside broke off, took it back next day & was took 1 - 2 weeks they will let me know, I waited 2 weeks & nothing, went to the shop & the guy I gave them to was there, showed my slip to another guy & was told I must wait for the original guy to come off leave, waited again, then I wattsapp the guy I spoke to & he gave me the 1st guys number who I sent a wattsapp, now I'm told they refuse to refund or replace the item or it been too long ago. Bunch of ****mers & *******, that's how they stay in business, *****ing people's money.
