No Response on part requested

On Thursday 19/2/15 at approx i went to spaar on spares in Regents Park and requested a part As the part was out of stock Dennis took my contact details and will order the part in the morning 20/2/15 i informed them the part is urgent as vehicle is used to transport school children,At approx 11am 20/2/15 i went into the branch to query the part which was not ordered Dennis only called supplier then to order part,At approx 1pm i called the branch on *** and spoke to Steve who confirmed he will call me back in 30 minutes Till today 21/2/15 i still havent received a call from Steve or Dennis and rather decided to look for the part elsewhere as the service im receiving from Spaar on spares is pathetic and dont think ill ever do bussiness with them again in the future
