Bad sevice

I dealt with a salesman called Sam to resolve an oil seal issue. I have dealt with other salemen there but never got treated so badly. I purchased this seal from spaar on spares and found it to be different to the old seal. Sam started arguing with me about how to measure a seal. I was trying to explain to him what the problem was but he kept interupting me saying i did not measure it properly. I was getting nowhere with him so i said to him he must rather leave it because im not getting anywhere with this issue. As i walked away he had the nerve to tell me i dont know what im doing. I am in the motor industry and have been for over 30 years and deal with customers every day. If i treated my customers like that i would be fired on the spot not to mension the lost business and bad name a company gets from someone like Sam. Its really sad that bad service like this still exists in this day and age where businesses are fighting for survival in our current economic situation. Im really dissapointed and am left with no choice but to go elsewhere now especially after supporting Spaar on spares for many years and thousands of rand later.
