Instead of repairing, did major damage

I have always used Spa Services to service and repair my Jacuzzi. More than a week ago I arranged with them to come and replace one of the Jacuzzi motors. When the technician arrived on 20 DEcember, he came up with a numer of excuses why he could not replace the motor. Today, one day after the Spa Services technician left, my husband took me to show me what needed to be done as he had arranged for another spa servicing company to come and replace the motor. To our horror we found that the Spa Services technician had damaged the sand filter for my swimming pool leaving water gushing everywhere and he had cut the pipes for the Jacuzzi and had ripped out the wiring to the control box. He never told us he had caused this damage. It is the 21st of December and the Spa Services technician has rendered both my Jacuzzi and swimming pool out of use for the rest of the festive season
