Absolutely unprofessional and straight out *******!

My experience so far has been a nightmare. Spa Services claim according to their website that they have "reliable technicians and have 16 years’ experience in the Jacuzzi and Spa business". From my experience, these “core service values” are FAR from the truth. We placed a service call with Spa Services on the 10th of September 2020 stating that our Spa (jacuzzi) is not heating up. Before they would send out a “reliable technician” on the 7th of October 2020 we had to pay an 80% deposit. The “reliable technician” stated the heating system is fine, its just that the filters needed to be changed. Taking the advice of their “reliable technician” we agreed to go forward with the changing of the filters. On the 7th of October 2020, the very same “reliable technician” changed the filters and proceeded to tell us that our spa (jacuzzi) will be heated up to 38 degrees Celsius in 12hours. Needless to say, 14 hours later we had lost 2 degrees Celsius, our spa (jacuzzi) at a cold 19 degrees Celsius – FAR from the expected 38 degrees Celsius. Since then my husband has spoken to various representatives of the company each one inventing a new excuse or coming up with a new promising to get back to us to solve our issue. We have heard excuses like “the heat is evaporating”…mmm, really?! After a while the owner called us to try to justify why the Jacuzzi is not heating up. My husband is an Engineer so eventually, he even the owner gave up with the excuses, he agreed they didn't fix the issue and promised to come back again! Since then Spa Services are now no longer answering our calls. I would never ever again use them and would never recommend them to anyone. Absolutely unprofessional and straight out *******!
