Unorganized and not well educated service

It was a very unpleasant experience. I went for the tanning bed option. I have never done this and as a very pale person guidance was much appreciated. When I got there it was very chaotic and had to ask for guidance because they gave me a coin and said enjoy. NOTE I have never been to this spa before so I had no idea where what is. Upon asking for further guidance it was all over the place and when asking how long I sould stay there they said 10min(if I only knew this was a horrible idea for someone very pale and also their first time.) When the next day came I had all the symptoms of sun posing and was extremely red and very sick. It has been a week now and my skin in very sensitive to the touch aswell as very red(damage was definitely done!) Personally would not recommend them as the assistance was terrible and not well educated.
