DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!!

Service is disgusting!!!! Booked an appointment on Thursday for Saturday, for two pedicures and a full body massage. Got to the scheduled appointment only to find it was never booked. They did not apologise, they did not offer a free complimentary voucher to say sorry. We left very disappointed and disgusted with the service. Will never set foot in this spa again.
