Worst Spa experience

The robes and towels were very dirty and smelly. When we got there they couldn't find my booking nor the proof of payments I sent , the manager was a bit snappish. According to my understanding the Jacuzzi is booked for an hr per couple, we had to share with another couple as small as it is. The staff was great though
