Spa Beau waterkloof ridge

On Saturday 15 February 2020 my husband and I was supposed to have a couples massages and enjoy their jacuzzi of which it did not happen... We arrived at the place 15 min before as arranged, massage were supp to start at 19.00 but it did not.. The place was so dirty, staff was unfriendly, no time management whatsoever... We sat at reception until 19.20 no one said anything to us... We were later moved to a cold tent outside with no privacy.. My husband and I decided on the spot to cancel n request our money back... Since Saturday we sent emails, called the spa we are being sent from pillar to post.. No manager has called us for our refund. All we want is to get our refund R780 back since there were no services rendered to us
