Voucher refunded - session cancelled without notifying the client

i bought a voucher on Daddy's deal and called SP reshape to make an appointment of which the lady said we can chat via watsup. she gave me a date for during the week as she said her weekends are fully booked till June. accepted, I took the first date of which she came back and said it was fully booked and gave me another one of which she again came back and said it was fully booked she will give me the 14th of may, that is when I lost it. as a client I expect the same service you give to your other clients to be given to me despite the fact that it was a voucher I bought on Daddy's deal website which clearly was of no value to her.

I felt undermined as I think because the voucher was not a lot of cash compare to her regular client that my dates have to be moved as though I don't matter. Whether the voucher was bought on daddy's deal or not, I'm still a client for both of them and I expect to be treated with respect. I was looking forward to these session as I have been looking for something like this for a while, who know I could have been one of her best clients, but clearly because I bought these voucher on daddy's deal I'm not good enough.

to my surprise she managed to call daddy's deal to ask them to refund me not sure of the reasons she gave. I received a call from coby from daddy's deals she wanted to inform me that she will be sending my refund without trying to listen to my side of the story but I explained to her of what had happened and she said that is not the story she received from the lady of SP Reshape, however she would like to apologies on her behalf, what kind of services is that?

I'm disappointed and angry.
