SP Pool - Fanie Grove, No Guarantee on work

My Fanie Grove installed a pool for me a few months ago. My initial interaction with him from the quoting stage was excellent. He stuck to his plan and timelines when he started the job and we were extremely happy with the finished product. While completing our pool he was busy with his application to the NPSI (National Pool and Spa Institute) and they came through and did inspections at different points of the job. I told Fanie to please include me as a reference when handing out quotes as I was extremely impressed with the service received.<br> <br> We had a few minor issues with the pool initially and it took a while to get Fanie back. I threatened to go to the NPSI to report him and he came through to complete the repairs. A few months down the line, we installed solar heating for the pool and the guys told us the backwash is pushing up through the kitchen sink. I have been begging Fanie to come back but to no avail. I went to the NPSI and they told me his application was declined as they were not happy with the quality of this work on my pool. I do recommend to using SP Pool as there might be an initial savings but you *****ed in the long run.
