If you want to be treated with respect don't use SP Bodytech

Received a invoice/quote for accident damage from SP Bodytech on 08.02.2017 which included the aircon repair. Collected the car on 13.02.2017 and emailed Paul on 15.02.2017 that the aircon was not working, he said no problem as his sub-contactor had given 1 year guarantee. Dropped the car again on 03.04.2017 to have the aircon repaired and side skirt that had fallen off put back. Car collected on 07.04.2017 aircon still not working. 19.04.2017 Asked Paul for a refund of the R8000 paid for the aircon repair so that I could take it elsewhere. He screamed and shouted at me telling me I must deal with his sub-contactor directly and he was washing his hand off of the aircon repair slammed down the phone. Marius the sub-contractor phoned said I was costing him money told him to refund me. 25.10.2017 I went to SP Bodytech and spoke with Sydney with regard the disgusting manner in which Paul speaks to clients and told him it was SP Bodytech's responsibility to have the aicon fixed as I had paid them. 17.10.2017 Marius collected the car returned it to SP Bodytech on 01.11.2017. On driving home car had no power, opened the bonnet and broken pipe above aircon obviously been damaged whilst fixing the aircon. Sent video to Paul. He emailed me telling me it was not their fault I had bought a piece of low mileage **** and won't entertain emails or any communication from me. Pity I was not told upfront before I paid SPO Bodytech R53000.00 cash that they did not work on pieces of ****. If you want to be treated with respect and valued as a client don'[t go to SP Bodytech. Yet to see if the aircon works as I had to book the car into Ford to repair the broken pipe to the boosters.
