Poor and lazy service

The service from SP Attorneys is pathetic, especially once they received your payment, they do not inform clients of the progress of transfer of property, the conveyancer is never available, we constantly deal with a receptionist who hardly have any information. They registered the property without some basic certification for plumbing or Beatle, the electrical certificate was issued under false information. When we finally after months when we get occupancy of the property the seller moved out in the middle of the night, left house open and didn't even give any keys, the estate agent wasn't even informed when the seller vacated, attorney wanted to bully us when we demanded that electrical coc was a *****. I won't recommend anyone to SP Attorneys
