Carmen Curlers, terrible quality

I purchased a set of Carmen Silk Curlers at the end of March 2021, from Dischem in Fourways, one of the plastic curler has broken the end has completely broken off, Dischem would not exchange then or give me a refund. I phoned the supplier S&P Africa and was told that it is not within a 7day period so I would have to courier them at my expense to their company for assesment.. These curlers are off such poor quality that they actually broke within 4 months of using once every 2 weeks... I think this is terrible service. barcode:***
