Poor nail training

I've recently done my nails at Sozo spa and was extremely disappointed.

The nail tech was lovely and polite however Sozo needs to train their staff.

I had several pictures and inspo ideas however the nail tech could not do any of the designs, I had to settle for nail art which was limited. I paid R310.00 for a set of nails that I do not like and R60.00 for nail art on 3 fingers on each hand.

Would not recommend
