Horrible Place

We booked a table 2 weeks in advance for valentines night, we were told we do not need a reference number or WhatsApp or SMS, we could simply show up and enjoy. We then called on the day of our booking to double check the time of it. We were then told we do not have a booking and we are unable to make one. Ishmael claimed that 35 people have bookings there for tonight and they all have reference numbers so if we don’t have a reference number then we must not have called them. I spoke to the so called manager (Ishmael) on the phone who was only yelling at me, speaking over me and unwilling to hear me out or speak to me properly. Ishmael is a horrible manager and I do not understand how he has kept this position if he puts the phone down in customers ears.

This is absolutely horrible service and I haven’t even been at the place in person. I will never go here.

They also don’t even bother writing a sincere apology to people and use a generic message without any explanation as a response to bad reviews.
