Appealing Service

I can't say much about the food because I didn't eat!!! The service is terrible. Extremely slow. Made a reservation for the buffet, useless move if you ask me and wouldn't recommend to anyone. Waited over 30 minutes to get food and had long finished my drink. Literally went there to watch other patrons eat. What's appealing is the fact that I asked for an email address so I could raise my concerns and the waiter was bold enough to write down the website for me. So much for service!
