Unsatisfactory service and delayed refund..

I am dissatisfied with Soweto Studio , I would not recommend anyone to use their services . On 19 March 2022 , we booked for a photo shoot that comes with A24 photo book the package for R1000 . First of all the decor I requested was not available. The guy photo guy who is Simphiwe did not have the courtesy to tell me before the shoot . When we got that was when he told us that nah he does not have the decor we requested . So he came with an alternative solution . To give him a chance . The photos were great and he said that the book will be ready in two weeks . Sent him the pictures . On the 31st of March 2022 . He said “we still waiting for the book to be delivered “.And he said he will advise me when the book is delivered.The whole of April and May I was doing a follow up and no response from Simphiwe . Called him and he was not answering my calls .In June when I do a follow up he said he didn’t receive the photo I resent it again . On the 8th of June he said the book will be ready within 2/3 weeks . On the 29th of July he said I must come collect the book and assured me that the book be ready he promises . I said you have been saying the same thing for the past 4 months. He was like it will be ready . I told if the book is not ready by then I want a refund . He agreed . On the 5th of August to Soweto studio , when I arrive there no photo book still . We had a very long discussion, and I have to admit the guy is very disrespectful, he has no respect clients . At the end of our discussion he ended up saying that he will refund me in 7 days . On the 7th day he said Monday before 1pm . On Monday after 1 pm I called him and he said at the end of the day . Today I call him he says he is busy , he is stalling the refund . And all I want is my money cause for the past 4 months I have been waiting for a photo book that has not been delivered from March till today. I have all the proof and recordings stating that he will refund me . I just want my refund. Simphiwe just makes empty promises.
