Soweto Studio worse nightmare

On August we went for a photoshoot with my little sister and her CHILD. A fee of R1000 was paid for a package that includes a Magazine and we have been waiting ever since. The guy 'Simphiwe' is quiet when we ask him about the magazine he just blue ticks us on whatsapp and he does not answer phone calls. But surprisingly when you get to the studio you find him there working and he has a stinking attitude when you question him. We understand that things happen but you must communicate with your clients and let them know what's happening because now it's December and not a single word from this guy.
