Poor Service and Wasted Time

Visiting the Orlando Towers yesterday, we were unable to Jump due to bad weather. <br> The alternative was to make use of the other entertainment facilities available on the premises, one of which was the Go kart facility.<br> On entry the group of us were greeted, and the lady behind the desk proceeded to speak on her cell phone. <br> When inquiries were made regarding availability of the karts, she constantly referred to a gentleman whom she was waiting for.<br> In the hope for an answer, we waited out in the wind for at least 10 minutes before one of us went in to inquire about progress, eventually leaving contact details with her to make use of should she have a response as waiting outside had caused some discomfort amongst us.<br> We waited on her call at Chaf Pozi for two hours, and when no such call was received, we decided to head back to the office to check on the progress face to face.<br> She once more spoke of waiting for 'a gentleman' but she neglected to tell us, beforehand, that it worked on a booking basis, which she heatedly proceeded to tell one of our party, AFTER waiting for two hours. <br> The lack of respect and information was highly unappreciated. <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Orlando Towers to Soweto Outdoor Adventures by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
