******** no refund policy

<p>The day before Eid I was rushing around for last minute things when I stopped off at the Soviet store in Access Park. My husband still needed a pants for Eid and I noticed a very decent jeans at Soviet that I decided to take for him hoping he would like it. Upon arriving home, my husband fitted the jeans that was not a good fit at all. On Eid morning at 9am, I returned the jeans in all its original packaging and all tags in place just to be told that the store does not give refunds at all. The jeans was not a sale item either. No where in the store are there any signs to highlight the fact that they gave a no refund policy. Also the consumer protection act clearly notes that all goods may be refunded within 7 days. The staff member explained that the after sale receipt does note the no-refund policy. After sale receipt! So after you buy, then u are informed about this policy? This is totally unacceptable and I will be escalating this matter.</p>
