Two left shoes

Unfortunately I had to choose one star because there is no option for zero stars. Ordered shoes online. Got two left shoes, one a 6 and one a size 8. This was a gift for someone, imagine the embarrassment as a gifter, giving a total disfunctional product. So very unprofessional
