the worst treatment by far over laces 2

I bout sneakers in March and a month later I tore my LACE. I went back to soviet with intentions of buying new LACE and asked for a special order and Kulani said he will talk to his Area manager about the possibility of getting me a new Lace. He never called me even once and he sings a different tune every time I pass by the shop. Now I have a soviet product I cannot use due to all of this. Kulani told me the Area Manager said NO in getting me a Lace.<br> 1 An employee that is not true to the customer.<br> 2 An Area manager that is not keen on giving the best service by simply placing an order.<br> In such business conditions this bad for the Soviet company. For my convenience I want to pick up the laces at the store ASAP and this can be on house. I can take this to social media if need be. I HOPE this will be resolved.<br> <br> Thanks<br>
