Still haven't got a positive feedback!

It is saddening that Soviet has been exchanging emails with me for a problem they are failing to resolve, even when I have proposed a solution for them, it's been over 48hrs waiting to hear from them and the person my query was escalated to? Has gone all mum on my proposal, how disappointing is this?....to frustrate a customer that's been in support of a shoe brand for years
